AES Employee Stories

I am a nurse by education and have worked in the profession since 2005. I started my career at AES in 2018 as a clinical nurse, which was a new experience for me. For over two years, I gained experience and took part in the numerous trainings offered by the company. The support I received, the time given for learning, and my supervisor’s openness to new ideas allowed for significant personal development. Starting in 2019, I coordinated the nursing team, which allowed me to gain my first experience in human resource management. In 2021, I decided to take up another challenge in the company, applying for the position of site manager in Częstochowa.

My work is my passion. Another very important factor is the work culture I found in this company. From the very beginning of my work at AES, the people I met gave me a sense of support and established an atmosphere of mutual respect. Joining AES also opened the possibility for me to take the site manager position in Czestochowa, where we also try to build a friendly atmosphere together with the team, which also gives me great satisfaction.

Until now, working as a nurse, I had busy weekends, holidays and night shifts. Since I moved to AES, I have been able to work eight hours a day without having to work in the afternoons / nights / weekends. This allowed for the systematization of my private life and planning time with the family, but most of all, spending such important moments as holidays together.
